Who We Are:
Elevated Electrical & Automation is a family-owned electrical contracting business based in Gateshead, Newcastle. With 18+ years of trade experience behind us, we specialise in Level 2 ASP work on the Ausgrid network, high-end residential new builds, and smart home systems. We run a multi-vehicle fleet across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, the Hunter Valley, and the Central Coast, with structured site processes designed to keep builds on programme.
As Ausgrid Accredited Service Providers, we handle everything on the network — new connections (overhead and underground), disconnects and reconnects, smart meter installations, service upgrades, and emergency callouts. On the residential side, we work closely with high-end residential builders from initial plans through to final handover.
Our services are divided into two core areas to better serve you:
- Residential New Builds: We partner with builders across Newcastle and the Hunter as a single point of accountability for all electrical — from plans and power connections through to final fit-off and handover. Accredited installers for Clipsal Wiser and SAL Pixie smart home systems.
- Level 2 ASP Services: Ausgrid Accredited Service Providers across all four Level 2 categories — overhead services, underground services, disconnect/reconnect, and smart metering. We service our own new builds and assist other electricians, tradespeople, builders, and the public with both planned and unplanned Level 2 work.
